Administrator / Secretary - Law Firm - Bristol - up to 24K
My client, a large corporate law firm, with several offices throughout the UK, seeks a bright and confident Administrator / Secretary to support and work with a new Partner in their stunning Bristol offices... The ideal candidate will be confident, quick, accurate and able use their initiative. Main requirements; Good knowledge of Word , Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Ability to organise and prioratise with diary management. A high level of accuracy when typing, speed is not such a great factor, we are looking more for accuracy and attention to detail. A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the role, Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with individuals at different levels of seniority Exceptional organisational skills??? Other occasional duties will include; proof reading, digital filing, invoicing and liaison with Accounts department and working with other support staff.
