We are looking for Support Workers to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. 46 London Road is a 10 bedded purpose built service located in the centre of Gloucester which provides excellent access to all local amenities such as the town centre, day centres and colleges. As a Support Worker you will help deliver bespoke person centred care set around rehabilitation and re-enablement for our individuals to reach their goals and a more independent quality of life.
