Customer service advisor with 1 years+ customer service experience is needed for this exciting Internet company based in Avonmouth -Bristol.
The company supply stylish made to measure blinds to customers across the UK through their market leading e-commerce website.
In the role you will be working in the Customer Sales Team (or as they know it - 'The Customer Happiness Team") in the inbound contact centre. Take inbound customer calls and orders. Guiding potential customers through the online ordering process and follow up potential customers after their initial engagement with the company (warm leads).

1 yrs + customer service experience with a pride in delivering the highest level of customer service.
Contact Centre (or Telesales) experience highly preferable but not essential.
An excellent telephone manner and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers over the phone.
The confidence and flair for 'warm' sales - such as up selling and cross selling. IT literacy and data entry skills - for the fast and accurate input of customer orders. A positive team player
As the office is based on the outskirts of Bristol a driving license and your own transport is required.

This is a full time role paying £20,000.00 /year.
40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend shifts required.
