Your new company
An established and high performing manufacturing business in Newark is looking to appoint an experienced HR officer with an IMMEDIATE start for a period of 1-3 months. This role is to cover a period of change within the business and may last anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the business requirements.
Your new role
Your duties will be varied and include supporting the Line Manager with generalist HR advice/guidance, disciplinary procedures, absence management, recruitment and employee lifecycle/HR administration.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in HR provision, ideally Level 3 CIPD qualified or above (or similar experience level), and experience of working in fast paced enviornment such as manufacturing, engineering, logistics or alternate transferable skills/similar environments.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary DOE, paid weekly via timesheets, a week in lieu, with accrued holiday pay.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch - although some flexibility maybe accommodated.
