Personal Assistant to Director of Commercial Services and Assistant Director Residential Services
This full time post is available from January 2017 on a permanent basis.
The primary focus of this post is to support the Campus Services Business Support Team, providing personal assistance, administrative and secretarial support to two Directors (Director of Commercial Services and Assistant Director Residential Services), whilst assisting them to manage their priorities and workload. In addition the post holder will support and undertake other relevant duties to assist the Business Support Team.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar administration role and be able to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm. You will be well organised and pro-active with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the post holder must be able to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide spectrum of people from both within and outside the University. The post holder should have good IT skills, be confident in managing competing priorities in a busy environment and will need to be flexible with working hours to support service requirements.
In addition the post holder is expected to maintain an up to date knowledge of the services offered within Campus Services and other relevant services across the University.
Salary will be £20,046 per annum subject to knowledge, skills and experience.
