TERMINAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Located on the River Humber, C.RO Ports Killingholme Ltd is part of a larger group of Roll-on Roll-off shipping services and ports offering stevedoring services at a number of locations around Europe. The port is currently embarking on a period of significant growth which will see capacity at the facility doubled within the next 12 months.

A superb opportunity has arisen for an exceptional senior operations manager to make a significant contribution to the growth, development and performance of a highly respected leading provider of European Ro-Ro stevedoring services Reporting to the UK Ports Director, this role sees the successful candidate as responsible for day to day operations with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient operational processes to provide excellent levels of service delivery across all areas of activity.

Degree educated (Masters or equivalent), ideally along with a relevant Health and Safety qualification, the successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role at a senior level with the ability to think strategically and influence at Board level. With highly developed leadership and influencing skills you will be able to inspire, motivate and involve your team in setting high performance standards to drive through a significant period of growth.

You will be a self-motivated and confident individual with a desire to achieve operational excellence, working to all company procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with all quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
