Tooling/Monitoring Specialist

My client, a world leading integrator based in the North East of England, is looking to bring on board an experienced tooling/monitoring specialist to join their existing team on an initial 6 month piece of work.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on numerous projects across a range of existing clients.

Key Skills

• HPOM - 3+ Years
• Sitescope - 3+ Years
• HP Reporter - 3+ Years
• Cloud Technologies

The above key skills will be utilised for the upgrading and patching of deployed tools, actively involved in the ensuring of compliance with established procedures across quality management, incident management, problem management and change control.
The successful candidate will also be required to provide advice on technical issues in relation to server monitoring and performance data collection, ensuring follow-through of account requests for Move, add and change, and also the provision of progress reports to management when required.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to UNIX/Linux and Wintel technologies - working in a large-scale environment across a variety of applications and systems would be highly advantageous
• Security Clearance - although this is not a prerequisite to success having SC in place would be of great benefit to this position
