An exciting part-time opportunity (with the potential to develop into full time) for an Operations Admin Support with a small, highly successful company in its seventh year of trading, planning for the next stage of its expansion. Headquartered in Hungerford, Berkshire with development and technical facilities in London and Cambridgeshire; the Company develops and delivers cutting-edge integrated online transport management solutions, selling both hardware solutions and related hosted software services. It's first rolled out solution has revolutionised the way that bus and coach operators manage their operations.

The Operations Admin Support role will be based in the Cambridge office working alongside the current Operations Support staff and reporting to the Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional and customer focused service, working both on thier own initiative and as part of a team.

They will be a positive, resourceful, innovative and energetic person who can make a real difference to the service the company provides to their clients, and play a key role in paving the way for their continued success. A friendly manner, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.

The key daily responsibilities will include:
- Telephone call taking. Logging details and directing calls to the relevant department
- Managing courier pickups and deliveries
- Co-ordinating product returns; liasiing with the manufacturing partner
- Updating internal customer logs as required
- Presenting a professional technical support service to customers, ensuring they are kept informed and updated on the status of any issues
- Performing daily administrative tasks relating to the returns procedures using the various web based company tools
- Updating asset and stock records

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail are critical
- Keyboard skills
- Experience of team working
- Have a full current driving licence and use of a car
- Customer facing support experience including telephone support (desirable)
- Experience with a technical product (desirable)

Working hours will be 9.30am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch
