This contract catering company based in Fleet, Hampshire are looking to recruit an HR Administrator.

With a reputation for excellent service and fabulous food they always put their customers first and as their HR Administration they expect you to want to do the same.

They are looking for a very good administrator to join their People department covering HR and Payroll. It is a varied role comprising of many different duties and responsibilities: including phone support to unit managers, recruitment adverts and CV management, DBS processing and control, offer letters and contracts, referencing, input and updating of HR system and training administration among other duties.

This is a high-calibre role; it requires someone with excellent communication and organisation skills, and the ability to multitask whilst achieving outstanding results. Good Outlook, Word and Excel skills are also required.

About You:

- You will have an educational background which can clearly demonstrate ability for both numeracy and literacy.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to include site teams, colleagues and customers alike.
- Good phone manners
- Administration experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise your own time and others.
