A very well-known Financial Services company is looking for a polished, innovative and driven Procurement professional to lead procurement strategy across a range of categories including FM, HR and IT. You will be a complete subject matter expert in providing specialist knowledge and support within these areas. This opportunity has a clear career progression pathway within the next 12 - 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing £Multi-Million worth of spend across the FM, HR and IT Categories.
* Lead management of the commercial relationships with suppliers, working with procurement and the wider business.
* Ensure that suppliers comply with all requirements and that the appropriate checks and balances to ensure correct payment are in place.
* Engage with senior stakeholders within the business to ensure the wider business is engaged and bought into procurement
* Develop and deliver a framework to enable the business manage their active suppliers in order to maximise performance.
* Ensure Procurement is engaged and governance is followed for new spend and/or where legal terms are changed under the contract.
* Identify and documents key relationships and sets structure and schedules for operational supplier review meetings.

Key Skills:

* MCIPS or CIPS qualified
* Financial Services experience preferable
* Greenfield experience desirable
* Minimum 2.1 Degree
* A strong understanding of Procurement and Vendor management with at least 5+ years' experience
* Experience within FM, HR and IT Procurement
* Demonstrate a track record of savings, business case decisions, difficult supply chain supply situations
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Meticulous planner with a close eye for detail
* Highly computer literate
* Highly organised and motivated
