As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer , your main duties will be: *Finding candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking. *Contacting candidates, presenting opportunities. *Building knowledge about our client base to be able to discuss in depth. *Continuous learning and development - becoming an expert in your market place. *Developing sales and negotiation skills.
