HR Advisor VennGroupLocation: Taunton, Somerset??15-??17 per hour (via Limited/Umbrella Company)37.5 hours per weekA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join the HR team on a temporary basis for a large public sector organisation based in Taunton.The ideal candidate will have: ?? Previous experience advising employees on various employee relation matters ?? Worked as a HR Advisor or at an similar level previously ?? Excellent communication skills ?? Be an organised and personable individual with a can-do attitudeDaily duties include: ?? Providing a generalist and comprehensive HR service to all employees and line managers ?? Supporting line managers on the grievance and appeal process, providing advice and guidance on each step of the process ?? Reviewing reports on sickness absence, analysing for developing trends and taking further action when necessary ?? Providing guidance and advice on issues of performance management including appraisal, objective setting, discipline and dismissals ?? Supporting investigations, sitting on panels and assisting line managers on complex HR issues ?? Providing HR advice and support on a range of complex and day to day employee relations and HR issues ??
