Learning & Development Officer
Interim - 3 months + extension, competitive rates
Learning and Development Advisor required by leading Not-for-Profit organisation based in Wembley, North West London. The L&D Advisor you will help to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate a range of Learning and Development training programmes and opportunities to assist this organisation in achieving its strategic and organisational objectives.
Role outline of the Learning and Development Advisor:
- Advise on 'good practice' procedures relating to learning and development within the organisation.
- Assist managers to identify the learning and development needs of themselves and their staff: Advise on the development and maintenance of associated plans and records to address these needs.
- Take an active role in the development and delivery of the corporate learning and development programme, including:- Design and delivery of management skills training, Procurement and co-ordination of Management Development, IT and other training provision, Facilitation of team and other learning events, Provide one-to-one coaching sessions as appropriate.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in the above accountabilities and hold a relevant L&D Qualification.
