We have an opportunity at this Financial Services Company for a Part-time Case Officer to work within our clients’ Debt Division in Grantham.

IMPORTANT
Our client is looking for someone to work part time hours at least 3-4 evening shifts per week, and alternate Saturdays.  Please only apply if you are happy to work these hours.

The Role of Part-time Case Officer
You need to be fluid and flexible and open to working in similar roles across the Company, from Helpline and Assessment through to the DMP and IVA departments.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* To meet all client care deliverables and remain compliant, at all times
* Ensure DPA is met on every inbound and outbound call
* Ensure that the content of written communication is of a good standard and contains accurate information
* Proactively gain client trust by building rapport, acknowledging and guiding
* Proactively consider the client’s needs through questioning and listening
* Always enter and update client information accurately and professionally, covering all relevant details, ensuring ongoing client care within and beyond your department’s needs
* Ensure case notes are clear and can be followed by everyone
* Consistently follow all agreed processes

* Suggest change where you identify inefficient or ineffective working practices
* Contribute to team discussions in a constructive way
* Take responsibility for your output, managing your caseload
* Carry out additional tasks as requested by departmental management
* Produce & maintain documentation that is compliant with regulatory bodies
* To work in a flexible way when the occasion arises that tasks which are not specifically covered in the job description have to be undertaken
* To achieve all KPI’s as set by your managers.
