The fastest growing operator in the area has an excellent career opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor.
It is an exciting and busy time for the business with an ambitious people agenda for 2017 and beyond. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the Human Resources team based in Battersea. The focus of the role will be to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for Bus Drivers.
This role will contribute to the success of the company by ensuring we have top quality, safe drivers joining our business. As a result, we’re looking for top quality individuals to make this happen.
The Role
• Attracting, sourcing, short-listing and contacting candidates to attend assessment centres
• Involvement during recruitment assessment days with interviewing and candidate selection
• Undertaking reference checks and other associated pre-employment screening
• Issuing of new starter paperwork
• Act as liaison between the organisation and recruitment agencies
• Managing and maintaining the online Applicant Tracking System for all Bus Driver vacancies
• To monitor vacancies and proactively manage speculative approaches along with developing bespoke attraction plans
• Line management of HR Administrator
• To maintain recruitment processes and introduce innovative new methods
• To create monthly analysis and reports of recruitment and selection activities

The Candidate:
The ideal person
- Are you up to date with the latest recruitment and attraction methods?
- Do you have first rate communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with colleagues, candidates and external contacts both over the phone and in person?
- Are you used to working in a busy environment with high volume recruitment requirements? Are you able to stay calm under pressure?
- Do you have strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel? Do you have a passion for getting the basics right first time?
