Teaching Support Officer - Hospitality
Hours: 19 hours per week, 36 weeks (term-time only) (Mon & Tues - 8.30 - 3.30pm, Wed 8.30 - 3pm)
This post is temporary to cover sickness absence
You will work closely with the lecturing staff to ensure that the students recieve the necessary support and that the kitchen and store areas are run successfully and efficiently to support a high quality curriculum delivery. Some reception cover will also be required as part of this role as well as occasional evening cover. You will have a level 2 qualification in Hospitality and relevant industry experience including within a busy restaurant or catering environment. You will also have a Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C) or equivalents, or be willing to obtain them.
