Customer Service Assistant ( Track Marshal)

TeamSport Karting Ltd is fast, furious and growing. Our Oldbury, West Midlands        track is now recruiting ‘track based’ staff including track marshals and pit marshals, to work on our indoor track in face to face customer orientated roles. Shifts are available Monday - Sunday including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities include checking and test driving karts at the beginning of shifts, helping customers with their race suits, helmets and into their karts at the start of their sessions and also being on hand to ‘marshal’ the events themselves from waving the flags to keep our customers safe and help those that spin off back into the action.

We look for talented, professional, team players who are passionate about putting our customers on pole position.

Skills required:

- 6 months customer service experience ideally in a retail or leisure environment

- Talented, proactive, customer focused individuals

- Excellent communication skills
