Painter & Decorator
£12-14 per hour
Bournemouth
Experienced Painter & Decorator required in the Bournemouth area to carry out planned & responsive maintenance and repairs in void and occupied housing.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· Good level of maintenance experience in a social housing environment
· NVQ in Painting and Decorating beneficial.
· Other skills should include one or more of patchwork plastering, tiling etc..
· Full driving licence and own transport is required
· Flexible outlook and able to work alone and on own initiative
This position is available immediately and is likely to turn permanent for the right candidate.
