These assets enable Cawleys to offer a full range of environmental waste collection and recycling services to over 5000 industrial and commercial customers.

Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Field Sales Executive to join the team, covering Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Field Sales Executive key responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business for commercial waste contracts and in charge of growing and maintaining your sales territory. You will be working to deliver and demonstrate our company values and working to meet set KPI targets and objectives. You will also be responsible for:
  • Pro-actively and reactively selling profitable new business within a territory to meet set targets
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/annual targets.
  • Processing of sales enquiries including site visits.
  • Managing a territory and prospect for potential opportunities.
  • Quoting for jobs; paying attention to all commercial requirements to make a profit.
  • Reporting prospects, calls, quote and contract activity into the Company CRM system.
  • Producing monthly sales reports on personal performance for the Field Sales Manager.
The ideal Field Sales Executive:

The successful Field Sales Executive will ideally have a working knowledge of UK waste legislation alongside a track record of field sales with the ability to identify and follow through potential sales opportunities. You will also possess:
  • Intermediate IT skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Numerical ability - pricing, data analysis, reporting
  • H&S awareness and legal compliance
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
  • Well-presented personal appearance with high attention to detail
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
  • Driven and positive
