LOCATION: Walsall
JOB TITLE: Trainee Site Operative
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary negotiable plus hotels & living allowance provided when working away
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends, occasional working away UK and abroad
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with the market leader in all types of cladding penetrations, roofs and vertical cladding, cold applied liquid roofing, architectural fascias & features and all standard and bespoke roofing solutions. They design, build and fit throughout the UK and Worldwide.
THE ROLE: As a Trainee Site Operative you will be installing weathering systems by assisting and learning from your team leader. You will be completing in house training along with completing an NVQ.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic individual who has the drive and motivation to learn new skills. You will be required to be flexible with your working hours and be able to work overtime.
Key experience essential for the Trainee Site Operative role:
- Has a Full UK Driving licence (ideally clean)
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check on employment
- Lives within a commutable distance to Walsall
