Responsibilities

You will be responsible of pre qualifying customers, to then pass on to the relevant team accurately recording customer information on internal systems, ensuring that the best possible customer service is provided all at all times.

 

You will need to hold at least 4 GCSE's, C grade or above (or equivalent). 

You will have proven experience within a call centre environment making outbound calls. 

Excellent communications skills are also key!
