An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Courier to join a successful reprographics company in central London.

The role

To provide efficient customer services to all their clients. To maintain and develop business relationships between the company and their customers and set the standard for service levels with those customers

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and therefore excellent communication skills, outgoing personality and smart appearance are a prerequisite.

Duties:
- To make set collections from Customers at regular times on a daily basis.
- To make collections/deliveries as and when required throughout the day.
- Actively manage accounts from a customer service level.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and offer support and advice on their reprographic requirements.
- Liaise with the print room to ensure jobs are completed within the specified timescale.
- Deal with any customer queries regarding print requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain company vehicle ensuring it is clean, presentable and road worthy.
- Advise sales team on new business opportunities.

Essential requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence
- Good local geographical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills

- Team player
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work unsupervised

- Courier experience

NB. A requirement of this role is to pass security clearance.

This is a permanent position in a very well established business, employing over 350 people in over 25 locations throughout the Country.
