Support Worker - Garstang
Full and part time support workers required with day and night posts available.
Due to expansion, we currently have several permanent positions in the Garstang and Preston areas.
No experience or qualifications are necessary as we provide full training for successful candidates.
We are a well-established company who have a proven track record in providing excellent "person centered" support to the people who have used our services over the last twenty years.
We have a passion for helping the people we support to reach their full potential and are always looking for people with the right values and qualities to join our highly motivated support team.
We need full and part time support workers to work with people with learning and physical disabilities who have additional or complex needs and require personal care.
In return we offer our staff induction training, a 24 hour help line, appraisal, supervision, and other forms of support and development.
Our unqualified rates start from £12,376-£14,560 and we offer excellent promotion opportunities.

• Seeing their family and keeping in touch.
• Getting out and trying new exciting activities.

• Paying bills or learning how to budget.
• Going to a college course, learning new skills.
