This company is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their busy Retford administration team.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Excellent communication skills including written, oral, email and telephone;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- The ability to meet challenging deadlines and thrive under pressure;
- Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the administration team, Operations Manager, Support Manager and our team of Consultants as well as assisting clients who use their online health and safety management system, xCenta.

This role would suit someone either looking for their first job or someone returning to the workplace on a full time or part time/job-share basis. Full training will be provided with the potential to work towards recognised qualifications.
