They have exciting opportunities for a number of Enrolment Officers to join the company. These are full time, fixed term roles until at least March 2018 with potential to extend to 2020! As they are in a growth phase, there may be permanent opportunities in the future. They have roles based at their new Mansfield Training Centre and Derby Training Centre. Travel between sites is required, therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this position.
These roles are part funded by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and European Social Fund (ESF).
You will be working on our new Step Forward programme, a Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and European Social Fund (ESF) programme, enrolling learners aged 16 to 24 who have significant barriers to employment across classroom and work based learning programmes, both on and off site. Responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of learner inductions, you will ensure all the necessary materials are organised and available for use for inductions and enrolments, as well tracking attendance and other data returns are completed and entered onto relevant systems accurately and within appropriate timescales.
You will have experience of working in a customer service environment and have an understanding of the issues a number of their learners face. A passion for working with young people to help them support and progress is essential. With excellent administrative and IT skills, you will have a high level of attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
They have three thriving centres in Beeston, Nottingham and Derby where they provide local people with the skills and qualifications they need to flourish in the workforce. A new centre will be opening in Mansfield early 2017. Their growth plans involve increasing the number of businesses they work with throughout the Midlands to drive turnover to £10m in two years and they are looking for people with a passion for helping local people and local businesses to help us achieve these goals.
In return they offer excellent terms and conditions including:
- 36 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)
- Contributory pension scheme
- Free debt advice/counselling/guidance through our Employee Assistance Programme
- Childcare vouchers
- Travel expenses at HMRC rate
- Life assurance
This business is committed to encouraging equality and diversity within their workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
