Voyager Alliance Credit Union Limited Requires a Membership Services Assistant for our Manchester Office.
Starting salary between £15,600 and £16,600 per annum (to be reviewed after 6 months and depends on previous experience)
Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
The Company
We provide a range of financial products and services to our membership, which now exceeds 10,000.
The Role
Customer contact by telephone and face to face with members, regarding their savings and loan accounts and ancillary financial products also dealing with the administration and related procedures within a modern office environment where customer satisfaction is not just a marketing term.
The Person
Previous experience within the financial services field would prove beneficial but is not a pre-requisite. A confident and helpful manner, willingness to learn with a positive attitude to change, and knowledge of I.T. are of greater importance.
