Our client have been supplying complete fixed and portable temporary lighting solutions for over 25 years to a wide range of demanding customers. They are currently recruiting for an Electrical Portable Light Technician to join their team reporting to the Electrical design Engineer. This position would suit someone with an electronic/electrical background.
Candidate Requirements:
??? Previous experience in circuit board / component assembly
??? Soldering and working to clear work instructions and drawings
??? Attended College or University and hold some electrical certification
??? Great attention to detail
??? Happily work as an individual and able to manage time efficiently
??? Full UK driving license
??? Good understanding of numbers and spread sheets (lots of stock control and booking components in and out)
This position will be workshop based in Aberdeen but will involve travel to head office in London for 4 weeks for training. The Product is their ATEX and Industrial Lights, these are delivered to them in Kit form and would then be fully assembled by the person.
