INFORMATION SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

This is a new role and forms part of an ongoing upgrade to College’s information services provision.

Reporting to the College Office Manager, this post would suit a person who enjoys the variety of an office job that combines desk based activities with phone and face to face communication with staff, pupils and parents. It is a full time role all year round.

As a member of a small but vital support team, we seek an individual who is flexible with a can-do attitude and a general willingness to ensure the smooth day to day running of our Independent School.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills with an eye for detail and be well organised and able to be methodical and accurate

Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint are required. Knowledge of Photoshop or Paint would also be useful

The post holder should be enthusiastic and motivated and able to remain calm under pressure. He/she will be friendly and approachable and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We seek a self starter with the ability to work on own initiative and also an effective team player who is self motivated and interested in broadening their skills base – keeping abreast of new technologies

Salary: circa £18,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Full time, all year round.
