Due to ongoing success and accelerated growth this company wishes to appoint a proven Telesales Executive to join their successful team.

The consulting team provides valuable and beneficial services to companies nationally.

- Perform telemarketing calls to identify, generate sales opportunities and book appointments in line with KPI's
- Objection handling
Contact accountants and advise them of our product and service
- Work with internal Business Development Managers to convert prospects
- Conduct prospecting via internal database and external sources
- Record progress and update internal records using a CRM system
- Chase existing pipeline
- Customer contact via incoming and outgoing calls and email
- Delivery of the highest customer service.
- Dealing with enquiries from internal team and external clients
- Maintaining the Business Development Managers diary allowing sufficient appointment/drive time for each appointment.
- Work to deadlines
- Generate reports
- Achieve if not exceed personal and team sales targets
- Any other duties that may be required.


- Good interpersonal skills
- Be adaptable and think outside the box
- Possess positive and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly both on the telephone and in writing
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Desire to work in a customer focused role.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook, Excel, Word & CRM
- Desire to earn money and be number one
- Be self-motivated and self-disciplined, works well under pressure in a target driven environment
- Business to business experience
- Confident and enthusiastic
