Scheme Manager, Yeovil Somerset

We are looking for a Scheme Manager / Housing Management Worker based in Chard in Yeovil Somerset. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.You MUST have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.The purpose of the role is to ensure that the Intensive Housing Management properties in Street and Chard, and the surrounding environment is safe and secure and supports cohesive neighbour and community relations. The key tasks for the role will be to ensure the service achieves maximum occupancy through effective void and maintenance management and enforcing tenancy conditions. To ensure that rent and service charge income is collected effectively and processed through appropriate systems in a timely manner.
