Responsible for the council's statutory compliance standards including health and safety related activities delivered through the Estates Commissioning services focusing across a diverse property estate.
The post holder will work closely with the framework management team, premise management partners and tenants and term contractors ensuring that compliance servicing programmes are undertaken in a timely manner including the recoding and verification of asset certification and data. Produce periodic compliance management reports for Estates Commissioning management and auditing purposes and corporate KPI targets across the corporate and commercial estates.
Lead periodic compliance reviews, produce exception reports and recommend prioritised actions to control all property estate compliance risks.
Other duties will include the development of internal processes with colleagues and partners to ensure compliance practices are adhered to. This will include the efficient transition of premises into maintenance programmes within the rationalisation programme.
