Hours 37.5 per week
An experienced Administrator to provide effective day to day assistance and clerical support to a busy department
- Researching information from various databases and online sources Creating and updating information files and checking information agency statements Input and retrieval of data on the credit system Chasing and monitoring of outstanding information reports Creating letters and documentation within the agreed timescale File merging and structure changes General administration duties
- Highly organised with a natural ability and a desire for problem solving Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on own initiative Ability to build strong working relationships
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail Methodical and consistent Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Own transport
