JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
ORDER MANAGEMENT - T2682
£8.75 per hour / 36.25 hours per week
To provide a day to day first point of contact service, to a dedicated area of internal/external customer orders, queries, enquiries & complaints
- Handling and responding to all types of customer service issues, through a variety of channels, including; phone, email, fax & web Identify required products, including any additional items necessary for use, optional extra's and service options Take ownership for customer follow-up and communication Strive to exceed SLA's & individual/department/company KPI's Resolve complex or difficult queries, seeking support & clarification where appropriate Effectively plan and prioritise workload to avoid backlogs
- Active listening skills, and effective communication skills Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills Proactive in presenting solutions, not problems
- Experience of working in a multi-channel customer service environment A track record of being able to multi-task and work in a flexible environment Proficient user of MS Word, Excel & Outlook Understanding of the supply chain environment, and how to work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team Ability to demonstrate a professional approach when dealing with customers and key stakeholders
- A-levels or a degree
