Hertfordshire Practical Parenting Programme CIC is an award-winning family support service which supports vulnerable families with complex needs across the whole of Hertfordshire. Due to continued growth, and thanks to securing a Big Lottery Fund grant, we are looking for a part-time Project Administrator to join our small team based in Cheshunt.
We require 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday).
Salary is from £9.00 per hour up to £12 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties include helping us to secure new funding streams, general office admin, minute-taking, keeping reports up-to-date and taking telephone calls.
You must be able to use MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point. You must have a confident and professional telephone manner, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be reliable, punctual and exercise discretion at all times.
You will be part of a small team and must be able to work under your own initiative. Previous experience of working for a not-for-profit organisation will be a distinct advantage. We are an equal opportunities employer and applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check also references.
