The Company:

The Fortescue Arms is a centuries old pub and restaurant that retains much of its wonderful charm, character and atmosphere. Featured in the Cask Marque Good Pub Guide we offer a homely welcome with excellent food freshly prepared daily & fabulous customer service. Set in the idyllic village of Billing borough, near Sleaford.

It is a destination venue, and customers visit us from all around Lincolnshire. No day is the same. The diversity of the menu is one of our main strengths & although we do not have a fixed menu, we are passionate about offering customers choice so we change it frequently (weekly).

The Role:

Based on an average of 40 hours per week with Lunch/evening and weekends shifts over a five day week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of the fresh food menu with the Head Chef. I am seeking a chef to work alongside the Head Chef to develop and prepare our fresh food menu so you must be creative & enthusiastic All produce locally sourced. Fish from M & J Seafoods daily.

Everything is fresh. If we can make it, we do!
