Full Time 37.5 hours per week

HTS (Property and Environment) Limited is a newly formed company who will be taking over the responsibility for housing repairs and maintenance, capital and planned works and environmental services for Harlow Council from 1st February 2017.
There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join HTS at its inception. Reporting to the Finance Director/Company Secretary, you will manage the production of management reports and budgets for the organisation and assist in financial planning processes with an emphasis on restricted funds.
You will manage a team of four and work closely with Directors and budget holders.
