Customer Relations Executive £18,000 + £1,000 Bonus = £19,000 Bristol The Company A fabulous opportunity exists to join a hugely successful and growing organisation who truly value their staff, evidenced via their many awards and Sunday Times recognition. The Job: The key to this role will be the ability to manage and develop supplier relations with the UK and overseas whilst supporting the sales and reservations teams in an account management and administration capacity to help them win and convert business opportunities. This role requires you to account manage suppliers and ensure they are meeting the agreed terms and conditions in place, you will negotiate best rates and ensure these are stored and accessible for the sales teams, you will put together business proposals and review supplier performance. There will be times where you are required to attend trade shows and client's performance reviews so a willingness to travel is required. You will update, maintain and manage systems and excel spreadsheets so great attention to detail is necessary. The person: The ideal candidate will demonstrate determination, along with a highly organised and structured approach which is required to manage at times new and complex supplier programmes. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry would be an advantage or experience in sales administration support. Superb Client relationship management skills are essential for this role!
