Our client is a leading insurance company, with their head office based at Taunton, they are seeking Customer Support Officers to join their busy, professional team. They can provide outstanding career opportunities, investing in training and development. They provide an excellent modern working environment, with the main aim of providing a service to be proud of. Customer Support Officers will deliver outstanding service to customers (inbound calls). This is a permanent position, starting salary of GBP18,962 per annum (plus excellent benefits). Working hours are 37 hours per week; Monday - Friday (operational hours are 8am til 7pm) with an occasional Saturday morning (9am - 12noon).
