A Maintenance Engineer is required to undertake electrically biased multi-skilled maintenance on state of the art production machinery within the facility. Full training and development in company and manufacturing systems with excellent starting salary.
Salary & Location: ??37000 - ??38000 + excellent benefits

The Role: Within the remit of the role you will be undertaking electro-mechanical maintenance on state of the art high speed printing and packaging machinery. The role is split between planned and reactive maintenance within the facility, and all engineers will be actively involved in helping set up PPM's weekly and installation work on a project basis.
Most of the role will revolve around front-line electrical maintenance and so experience working in a pressurised maintenance role is required. The role will also involve mechanical maintenance to undertake as it is a multi-skilled role so a mechanical aptitude is expected.
The site is semi-automated and uses a mixture of PLC's. Any candidates with experience fault finding on PLC's would be ideal. As a skilled and meticulous Maintenance Engineer you will be well organised and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines on a rotating shift pattern.
The Candidate:
- Electrical maintenance background/bias (ideal)
- Experience working in a high speed production environment
- Strong Electrical skills
- PLC fault finding (an advantage)
- Mechanical maintenance skills
- FMCG or manufacturing industry background (ideal or similar)
- Happy working a shift pattern
- Electrical apprenticeship
