Contract Scrum Master - Gloucestershire
Scrum Master - Gloucestershire - ??430 a day - 3 Month Contract
My client is searching for an experienced Scrum Master for an initial 3 month contract position. Ideally you will have acted as Scrum Master for multiple development teams. This Scrum Maseter role is within an interesting company delivering exciting products to a growing market.
For this Scrum Master contract you need the following:
*Experience of facilitating daily Scrums, Planning games and promoting good Scrum practices
*Acted as a project manager for software development projects
*Worked in a fast paced SME environment
*Proven record of delivery
*Work in collaboration with software developers on a daily basis
*Coach cross-functional teams where necessary
*Full understanding of Project Management lifecycle
*Experience of working with Outsource Partners
*Project Management tools such as MS Project and Visio
*Retail / Ecommerce / Digital sector experience would be beneficial
