We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Account Manager with strong experience working in the Facilities Management services market.

Job Title - Sales Account Manager

Salary - ??25,000 Basic / OTE circa 40-50k / Car Allowance, Mobile Phone,
Laptop etc.

Industry - Facilities Management/Drainage Maintenance/Waste & Recycling Services

The Role:

Charged with generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining existing clients, you will be selling a unique package to the commercial market place with a strong bias toward the Facilities and Property Management sector and the general commercial market place.

Working from the home office ideally and happy to travel to Clients, you will be setting your own appointments, closing deals and keeping in touch with clients while projects are put in action.

As Sales Account Manager, you will be expected to build up a large client base, which you will also manage when projects are put into place.

Experience Required:

You will ideally be an experienced Field Sales Executive or Sales Account Manager with a good record of selling into the Facilities Management Sector or similar on a Regional scale, working on the premise of long term relationship business and PPM contracts. However, if you have been a successful sales professional in another capacity i.e. Construction or Waste Services or Drainage or Facilities and are looking for a more autonomous, field based role, then this will be an ideal opportunity to step up the ladder in your sales career.

This is a company that is looking to grow its market share in their field and as such are looking for an individual who can grow relationships with major clients in the region, but can also give national coverage and have further expansion plans for 2016 onward.

You will have been successful in closing deals with Key Decision Makers on a Face to Face basis or over the phone and worked well within a busy sales team in a previous role.


The successful candidate will be rewarded with: Negotiable Basic in the region of ??23,000 - ??25,000, Car Allowance, Competitive Bonus Scheme, sales support team, Full product training and with the opportunity to join a fast growing organisation.
