Project Engineer - Battery Storage
Spencer Ogden is working with one of the UK's most exciting energy storage companies who are at the forefront of innovation in the area of battery storage and growing impressively within a highly competive marketplace.
To help continue this growth, and to begin work on upcoming projects, our client has asked Spencer Ogden to help find them a highly capable engineer.
The succesful candidate will take responsibility for:
*Liasing with DNOs and other external stakeholders
*Overseeing subcontractors' interpretation of our client's engineering design
*Electrical design work.
*Safety and adherance to national standards.
*Evaluation and prioritisation of workload; scheduling.
*Equipment procurement and inspection.
Some candidate requirements are as follows:
*A high quality (Russell Group) BSc in Engineering is essential, MSc preferable.
*Energy generation design experience.
*Project-based work experience.
*Willingness to develop professionally.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong Microsoft office skills.
