Acorn Recruitment is working in partnership with a top national developer to secure an experienced Project Manager to run a ??12m project in the Gloucester area.
As PM, you will be responsible for leading and effectively managing a project from post tender to final accounting stage to ensure the project delivery satisfies customer and company requirements. Accountable for the ongoing management of the project ensuring that control procedures achieve targets in respect of health and safety, time, cost, quality and high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Our client operates within the affordable housing sector and can offer a diverse range of projects and ongoing job security from a high proportion of repeat business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the customer to deliver a lasting legacy that benefits the local community.
To be considered for this role you must have:-
- Experience on new build projects in excess of ??15m.
- SMSTS.
- Construction related Degree (or equivalent) along with a proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
Desirable qualifications and experience include; engineering background, high rise residential, steel frame systems, and project management qualifications.
There is an excellent benefits package along with ongoing development and career opportunities for the successful candidate. The successful candidate will have a full site team under them and report to the contracts manager, 45hrs Monday - Friday.
