Senior Account Manager (Agency) - Gloucestershire
Salary:- ??28000 - ??32000
Our client, a small closely knit team of creative, talented individuals, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager. You'll be familiar with agency processes and comfortable managing people, with plenty of Direct Agency experience under your belt, ready to take a hands-on approach from day one. You'll also have an excellent understanding of direct and digital communications, a reasonable grasp of data and a keen commercial eye.
Responsibilities:-
* Deliver quality campaigns
* Manage day to day relationships with clients
* Support Account Director in the commercial and strategic development of your accounts
* Provide support for junior members of the team, and at the same time, your Account Director will be on hand to offer you the support you need to grow
Skills and Experience:-
* Previous agency experience is essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Enjoy working alongside and supporting a closely-knit team
* A positive and confident communicator, with natural people skills
* A passion for being a key part of the creative process
