Account Director - (Agency) - Cirencester
Salary ??40,000 - ??50,000
We are delighted to be working with a Gloucestershire based marketing agency that is at the forefront of Data Marketing. This is a thriving business that is proud to be working with an impressive portfolio of big brand names. The agency is going from strength to strength which is testimony to its staff and sociable working environment.
The perfect applicant will have over 5 years agency account management experience and will either be working at Account Director level or at the point of making the leap from a Senior Account Manager. Recent experience of leading or managing major projects within the Data or Direct Marketing Industry is highly desirable.
Skills/Requirements:
* Direct Marketing related courses advantageous
* Business Management / Marketing degree or qualification advantageous
* Sound experience of working with clients at senior levels
* Previous Line Management responsibility
* A numerate, efficient problem solver who can demonstrate structured thinking
* Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills
* An ability to motivate and inspire a team of account managers and account executives
* A strategic thinker who can make clear assessment of business opportunities
Desirable Requirements:
* A fun and approachable personality who can build strong rapport with client and colleagues alike
* High levels of energy and resourcefulness
* A creative thinker who can transcribe marketing requirements into CRM Activity and then into operational actions
* A strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks under pressure
