THE ROLE: Selling into a wide variety of industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical and plating, the role of Business Development Sales Manager will require you to cover the U.K. Manaing a base of receptive customers, you will be required in your role as Business Development Sales Manager to upsell within your accounts, making sure to identiy key decision makers in purchasing and engineering. Selling products that you are used on the production and process lines, means that you will be comfortable talking to design and specification engineers as well as shopfloor personnel.

THE PERSON: Your ability to sell into the above market sectors and converse with Engineers through to procurement teams, will make you the ideal candidate for this position. As Busienss Development Sales Manager your remit will be to cover the U.K so you must be able to show at interview that you are able to do this, so you may have previously covered a large area before or you will be able to show how you orgainise your sales terrirtory to ensure maximum growth.
