Sales/ Customer Advisor
Juice Recruitment are excited to be supporting a fantastic company in their search for a Sales/ Customer Advisor based in Quedgeley.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with building successful relationships with both prospective and existing customers, to maximise on sales opportunities. You will also be required to assist within the Customer Service Department during busier periods.
Duties Include:
- Telephone liaison with both prospective and existing customers
- Recording details of all customer contact accurately on a daily basis
- Working towards strict call targets
- Maintain a full understanding of new products and promotions as they arise
- Liaison with various internal departments
- Working closely with the Sales Account Manager
- Undertake administrative duties that arise from calls and emails
- Support the Customer Service department as required
Person Specification/Requirements:
- Experience of telesales/customer service/direct sales
- 5 GCSE'S level or equivalent (Grade C) including Math & English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
