LOCATION: Long Sutton, Lincolnshire

JOB TITLE: Part-Time Receptionist

SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary will be discussed at interview. Other benefits include NHS pension.

WORKING HOURS: Working between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm - must be flexible around working hours.

THE COMPANY: Our client has 2 medical practices based in Long Sutton and Sutton Bridge. Long Sutton and Sutton Bridge merged together in the mid 1960s and now work together as under one Medical Group.

THE ROLE: The successful Part-Time Receptionist will be predominantly based in Sutton Bridge Health Centre but will be required to cover both branches conducting at least one shift at Long Sutton per week. You role will be integral to the continued success of the Medical Group.

Other key responsibilities of a Part-Time Receptionist to include:-
To be responsible for being the face of the Medical Group, meeting and greeting patients that enter the GP Practice.
Answering the telephone and answering any queries that arise, dealing with them efficiently and effectively.
Booking patient appointments in onto the in-house system and signposting where necessary.
Taking messages for GP's and passing them on in a timely manner.
To work in the back office on occasions inputting prescription details on to the computer.
Responsible for any other adhoc administration work as required.

THE CANDIDATE: Our client based in Long Sutton is looking for someone who has a pleasant manner and can work well within a team. They will be computer literate and confident on a computer. Excellent communication skills are required Previous experience is desirable however full training will be given to the right candidate.

Key experience essential for the role of a Part-Time Receptionist:

Must be computer literate.
Ideally will have previous experience in a receptionist role.
Must be happy to undertake a DBS check.
An NVQ in Customer Service is desirable however not essential as full training will be given.
