Our client is a well established family run business with over 70 years experience in its field. A permanent position has arisen for a Field Sales Executive to join their team on a full time basis. This is a great opportunity for a successful sales person to progress within their career.

Overall Purpose of Job:

To maximize vehicle sales (units and profitability) to the Local Business Market, through pro-active management of current customers and development of new Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To exceed monthly volume and profit targets by generating car & commercial vehicle sales within the local business sector market.

  • To adhere to all standards within the UK Ltd Business Centre Standards Programme.

  • To be fully aware of the latest pricing policies, terms and for all quotations sent to customers, by developing close working relationships.

  • To daily utilise the Prospecting Management System to generate follow up telephone calls/e-mails with existing customer and potential customers.

  • To work with the Head Of Sales to carry out marketing activity to generate business sector enquiries and develop the approach taken as a result of monitoring and analysing response and outcomes.

  • To successfully prospect and complete appointments to new potential customers.

  • To establish close working relationships with the Service Department to facilitate introduction to Business Sector customers and ensure they utilise available services and receive excellent customer service.

  • To ensure that customer delivery deadlines are met and handover is carried out to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • To ensure all customers and prospects are kept up to date with changes to prices, product, specification and policy.

  • To raise and maintain appropriate deal paperwork.

Skills:

Commercial vehicles and converted vehicles are integral to business sector sales, therefore product knowledge and sales competence in these areas are desirable but not essential if you have a desire to achieve your goals.

Salary will be On Target Earnings of GBP35k approximately with company car, mobile phone and pension.
