GBP15,000 per annum + GBP2000 bonus paid quarterly

Are you a compassionate and patient Customer Service Advisor who is looking to working in an environment where providing an excellent service is the number one priority? We are currently looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Advisors to work as part of a close knit Cardiff based team due to expansion. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing a positive service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

Duties to include:

• Taking calls from customers
• Processing all orders with 100 % accuracy
• Providing excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
• Providing a timely and efficient service when dealing with the registering of all New customers
• Monitoring and recording all customer feedback
• Effectively dealing with any telephone complaints received taking accountability to ensure resolution
• Completing administrative duties as required
• Ensuring that Data Protection and confidentiality is adhered at all times
